What House Plans Does Lemmon Homes Offer?

Our six plans, their sizes, and how they work as a starting point rather than a finished product.

We offer six house plans, each three bedrooms and two and a half baths, in a modern farmhouse style, with four exterior style options per plan. Every one of them is a starting point rather than a finished product.

The plans

  • Hogan — 1,750 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath
  • Palmer — 1,850 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath
  • Fowler — 2,062 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath
  • Watson — 2,130 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath
  • Thomas — 2,356 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath
  • Nicklaus — 2,554 sq ft, 3 bed / 2.5 bath

Each is offered in four exterior styles, so two homes built from the same plan on the same street don't have to look alike.

They're a starting point

Each plan is fully customizable to reflect your lifestyle, preferences and needs. Common changes include adding a bedroom, expanding the kitchen, working in a home office, or upgrading to premium finishes. See modifying a plan.

Why starting from a plan is often smarter than starting from scratch

  • Fewer decisions. A blank sheet means every single choice is yours, which sounds appealing and is genuinely exhausting by month three.
  • Faster and cheaper design phase. Modifying a proven plan takes less drawing and less pricing iteration.
  • Proven layouts. These plans have been built. The circulation works, the rooms are sized right, and the things that look fine on paper but live badly have already been worked out.
  • More predictable pricing, which makes budgeting far easier at the start.
